After-sales Service Engineer (F/M) – Open-ended Contract


– To carry out maintenance interventions on the resources produced by PCI

– To take charge of troubleshooting and reliability operations (troubleshooting under or outside guarantee, retrofits, expertise, resources improvement,…)

– To carry out interventions on the customer’s site accodring to an operating range

– To ensure solutions to meet customer needs

– To listen to and to find out about the conditions and nature of the interventions to be carried out from the After-Sales Service Manager

– To apply procedures, after-sales service instructions and safety rules

– To ensure the quality of on-site interventions

– English : TOEIC 650 would be ideal


– Mechanics/Automation background: Baccalaureat to Baccalaureat +2

– Sucessful experience with machine-tools

– Availability, versatility, autonomy

– Relational skills


– Open-ended contract based in ST-ETIENNE

– Remuneration according to skills and experience
