Machine-tool Set-up Expert Engineer (F/M) – Open-ended Contract
DUTIES:
– To realise machine-tools assembly, adjustment and set-up phases to obtain the conformity of the machining machines, in compliance with the Quality, Costs and Deadlines objectives
– To implement assembly, adjustment and set-up methodologies for the machines
PROFILE AND SKILLS:
– Mechanics/industrial maintenance background: Vocational Baccalaureat to Baccalaureat +3: machining, mechanics, maintenance
– Experience in reading mechanical plans, fluid & electrical diagrams
– Mechanical skills: adjustment, assembly, set-up and machining on machine-tools. (milling, drilling, reaming,…)
– Mechanical checks: Contrôle mécanique: nivelage, planéité, rectitude, lecture et analyse de PV de métrologie.
– Knowledge of machine operation with Siemens or FANUC numerical control
– Ability to write reports
– English : TOEIC 650 wanted
CONDITIONS:
– Open-ended contract based in ST-ETIENNE
– Remuneration according to skills and experience: €25000-€36000 per year excluding travel allowances
– Regular business travels expected
